Meet Our Directors

Radlett Preparatory School is an independent school for children aged 4 to 11, registered with and inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). In 2025, Radlett Preparatory School was acquired by Sarah Wright and Laura Flynn, who are the Directors of Radlett Preparatory School Ltd.

The school has a Directors Advisory Board who collectively monitor compliancy and support the school’s mid to long-term development plans to lead and grow the school. The Directors Advisory Board takes the form of a traditional committee-based approach comprising of the Advisory Board and the Directors of Radlett Preparatory School Ltd.

The Directors Advisory Board meets termly to discuss all areas of governance and comprises all members of the Advisory Board and the Directors. The Directors work closely with the Senior Leadership team to ensure our school is a thriving, academically excellent environment in which children are nurtured.
